Refund policy

We want you to love your Craft Cents purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Yarn must be unused and in its original condition

  • Skeins must be free from odors (including smoke or perfume), pet hair, debris, or damage

  • Kits must be complete and unused

  • Items must be returned in resellable condition

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these standards.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Clearance items

  • Used yarn

  • Gift cards

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
